Noren

Noren is Japanese curtain-like fabric panel, which is often used at entrance of the houses, retails, and restaurants in Japan. Noren works as a privacy screen, a room divider, and as a border between inside and outside.

I can sew a tailor-made Noren with the fabrics available at Onoda, or you can just buy the fabric and try by yourself!

Sashiko style Mending

Your favourite clothes with stains or holes can be repaired in Boro and Sashiko style. Or you can buy some Sashiko yarns at my neighbour shop, Mia’s Atelier on Predigergasse 19 (vis-à-vis) and try by yourself!
