How to use:

Rinse the active coal and boil it for ca. 5 - 10 minute to remove dust, as it’s directly delivered from the Kiln in Wakayama, Japan. Put one into ca. 1l water jar and leave over night. The active coal absorbs unwanted elements from the tab water, while making the water milder and tastier.

Apart from the drinking water, you can also use for flowers: one active coal in the flower vase keeps flowers stay fresh much longer.

Maintenance

Boil the active coal in ca. every 10 days or whenever you see the poured water becoming not smooth anymore. This process reactivates the purifying effect of the coal. The effect lasts ca. for 3 to 4 months in total.

Once the life of a coal ends, you can burn it to ash and use them for the gardening. It helps balancing PH level of the soil.

This charcoals are sold solely for water purifying. Do not use for grill, especially the one wet.
