Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed at the website www.onoda.ch. By placing an order, buyers are regarded to have agreed the following terms and conditions and it shall apply immediately. No exception shall be taken, unless separately agreed between buyers and Onoda with its signature. We maintain the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
Unless separately informed, orders are normally dispatched by swisspost within 5 working days after placing the order. Shipping proceeds at receiver’s risk. Onoda has no responsibility for any delays and damages during shipment.
International shipments :
If buyer requests an order outside of Switzerland, please write an Email with the description of the item and quantity to email@example.com. Shipping cost will be informed once order is confirmed. International shipping cost is determined by the country, weight and dimensions of the items. Customs fee is at buyers cost. Orders are dispatched by Swiss Post.
During process of check out, you will be asked with two options:
1. Swisspost: CHF 12.-
2. Pick up at shop: free of charge
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs. Shipping fee is excluded.

The items are dispatched only after successful payment transacted with Master, VISA, Amex, or Paypal. Until successful payment completed, the goods are reserved as proprietary rights of Onoda. If you would like to pay with bank transfer, please write an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org with the description of the item and the quantity. You will receive an invoice with the bank information.
Buyer must inspect the item upon delivery. For any return request, notification by email is required within 8 days of the postal stamp date. All items must be returned in brand-new condition in their original packaging. Items that show any trace of usage will not be accepted for refund. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping fees. Onoda takes no responsibility for lost or damages during shipment. Therefore it is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number to return package. Only the items returned upon those above mentioned condition can be refund.
* The delivery of reduced (sale) items are final and no return or exchange is accepted.
Claim of Damage
Claim of damage because of lack of pictures and texts, or late und lost delivery stay strictly non- returnable. The color of photographed products of online shop can differ from the actual product color and this color difference can not be accepted as claim of damage.
All personal information of buyers is handled with respect and those personal data is used exclusively to proceed the payment, assure the delivery, for the internal analysis or sending newsletter which is removable at any time. The transaction of credit card is operated by stripe.
This website and all images, texts and other contents used on this website are the property of Onoda and are protected by copyright. Any use of these images, for commercial and personal purposes, is not permitted.
For any illegal acts and dispute, Swiss law will be applied exclusively.
