Wimmelbook of Japan

Japanese wimmelbook is born!

Kazuno Senoo, the founder of Japan Wimmelbook Cultural Assosiation, used to live in Zurich with her family.

During these years of living in Switzerland, she was greatly Inspired by the Wimmelbook, which is originated in Switzerland and Germany. Also as a mother, she started growing her vision, the creation of Japan version of Wimmelbook.

After her return to Japan, together with her team, she launched the first wimmelbook of Kamakura in 2022, which was followed by Hamamatsu and Shonan region in later years. In 2026, she founded Japan Wimmelbook Cultural Association (JWCA) aiming for the preservation of the Japanese culture for the next generation.

Kamakura version is sold out at the moment, yet Hamamatsu and Shonan versions are available from now on at Onoda.
