Perfume of Autumn - Tsuki, Hoshitsukiyo, Izayoi

 
 

September is the month of moon.

The full moon of September glows the most beautifully of year which soothes our mind after hot energetic summer and makes us prepare for coming colder seasons.

The following perfumes are named after moon and stars that go well along with the autumn atmosphere.

TSUKI

Tsuki means moon.

This perfume is inspired by the mysteriousness of moon which comes and goes eternally.

Opening with citrus note with Yuzu and lemon, Tsuki is accented by the spicy note of basil, peppermint, and juniper before settling down to a hint of Patchouli.

Top: Minty, Clear citrus
Heart: Spicy, Minty
Base: Light earthy

HOSHITSUKIYO

Hoshitsukiyo expresses the night when the stars are brighter than moon. The stars sparkling in the black night sky are expressed by using bergamot, rose, frankincense, and boronia.

Hoshitsukiyo is the one of the most woody perfumes of Di Ser. Compared to Hikaru Daichi, which is also one of the most woody perfume, it’s warmer and sweeter.

Base: Balsamic

IZAYOI

Izayoi is the moon on the sixteenth night after new moon. The one day after full moon is tiny little bit smaller than full moon. With this, Izayoi symbolises the delicacy and the discreetness, while fascinating everyone by its beauty.

Izayoi starts with gentle citrus note with green Yuzu and bergamot, then moves to mix of spicy and sweet note with Sansho pepper, Japanese rose, and ylang ylang before settling down to woody earthy note of awar-wood and cypress. An abundance of precious ingredients are mixed so gently and this is the one of perfumer’s favourite work.
