This matcha is made by a family farm, Hayashi, in Wazuka, Kyoto, where is well known for most of Uji tea being grown in this region.

Okumidori premium is milder and more umami taste and appropriate for Koicha. Compared to Okumidori premium, Asahi has a hint of elegant bitterness.
