This page is for the customers who do not live in Switzerland.

For an order from the country outside Switzerland, please send your request to info@onoda.ch. The perfume is sent by Fedex and the shipping fee varies depending on the country and the size and volume of package.

Here are some examples:

EU countries: 25.- to 35.-
Israel: 50.- to 60.-
United States: 40.- to 50.-
Brazil: 40.- to 50.-

Due to the countries regulation, Spain doesn’t accept importing perfumes.

Perfumes are sent by Fedex.

It has never happened so far, but still there is tiny possibility such as delay, damage, and loss. Onoda can’t take any responsibility for any of those troubles.

Because this is a small shop initially meant for the local customers living in Switzerland, Swiss VAT can’t be deducted.

Custom duty is on your cost. Especially for the customers living in EU countries, please bear in mind, that Switzerland doesn’t belog to EU and custom duty must be considered.
