All perfumes are sent by Fedex.

Although it’s never happened before, still there is tiny possibility such as delay, damage, and loss. Onoda can’t take any responsibility for any of those troubles.

Because it’s a small store initially meant for the local customers living in Switzerland, Swiss VAT can’t be deducted.

Custom duty (tax) is on your cost. Especially for orders from EU countries, please consider the custom duty fee, because Switzerland doesn’t belog to EU. For more information, please consult to the tax office of your country.
