Taking a half-century to produce a sweet, heavy, yet warm aroma in the heartwood of evergreen tree of the Santalaceae family, this Sandalwood provides a lingering oriental aroma, which has been used as an essential oil in Western culture. The characteristics of sandalwood vary by region: the best sandalwood is known to be the one from southern India which has a mellow fragrance.
The heartwood near the root of sandalwood and sandal oil aged for more than ten years are abundantly used to create a woody, elegant, sweet aroma of natural wood.

Mixing examples:
& Jinkoh agar-wood: a combination of two pillar fragrances that complement each other and creates a boundless fragrance that will linger in time endlessly.
& Patchouli: a combination that provides a relaxing and warm fragrance.
